Bulky Waste Collection
We offer a free removal service for bulky items like fridges cookers and unusable furniture. This service is for residential properties only.
We will remove up to five items per collection and will make up to four collections per household each year. You can only have one collection of five items per day.
When will my items be picked up?
You will be given the next available slot for your collection. Depending on demand, this is usually within 24 hours if booked before 1pm, or 48 hours if booked after 1pm.
If you prefer, you can arrange for collection by appointment. Please place your items outside your property by 7am on the day that you are expecting your collection. There are no weekend collections for general bulky waste.
For larger quantities of waste or commercial waste collections contact our commercial waste service or arrange for it to be collected by a private contractor.

Residents who dont comply with this procedure & just leave Bulk Waste in Communial area’s will be traced & charged for the removal.
